Pranayama & Meditation

Learn advanced pranayama techniques to enhance breath control and increase prana (vital energy). Practice meditation to cultivate mental clarity, focus, and equanimity. Explore the role of breath in each Ashtanga posture, connecting movement with mindful breathing.

Yoga Philosophy & Ethics

Study core texts like the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita to gain insight into the philosophy behind Ashtanga Yoga.
